Workspaces · Conference Tables
Conference tables for rooms of 6, 10, or 12+, plus training tables and meeting points. Modern design and in-house manufacturing for every type of room.

Conference tables for 8 or more people are designed for boardrooms and executive rooms, with enough surface for high-level meetings. They are chosen based on room capacity and the presence the space should project. Línea Italia builds them with built-in connectivity and custom finishes.

FAQs
We answer the most common questions about tables for boardrooms and executive rooms: sizes, shape and connectivity.
As a reference: for 8 people, 2.40 to 2.80 m (8 to 9 ft) long; for 10, around 3.00 m (10 ft); and for 12, from 3.60 m (12 ft), with a width of about 1.20 m (4 ft). Allow 60 to 70 cm (24 to 28 in) per person so no one feels cramped.
Beyond the table itself, leave 1.00 to 1.20 m (3.3 to 4 ft) between the table edge and the wall so chairs can pull back and people can walk behind them. For example, a 3.00 × 1.20 m table needs a room of roughly 5.20 × 3.40 m (17 × 11 ft).
Rectangular tables establish hierarchy with a clear head of the table; barrel-shaped tables, wider in the middle, improve sightlines between all participants; and curved or modular tables give a more contemporary look. For tables longer than 3 m, a barrel shape usually makes it easier for everyone to see and hear each other.
Yes. On long tables it is best to spread several connection boxes along the top so every participant has power, USB and data within reach, and to plan the cable route to the video-conferencing screen.
They can be built in modules that are joined on site, which makes them easier to take up elevators and stairs and lets you reconfigure the room later. The Vasari line, for example, offers a modular conference table for 10.
